Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation terms for courses, workshops, and clinical services.

Course Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if cancellation is made 7 days before course start date
  • 50% refund available if cancellation is made 3-6 days before course start date
  • No refund for cancellations made within 2 days of course start date
  • Refunds for online courses available only if less than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Certificate fees are non-refundable once the certificate is issued

Workshop Cancellation

  • Full refund minus processing fees if cancelled 14 days before workshop date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before workshop date
  • No refund for cancellations within 6 days of workshop date
  • In case of workshop cancellation by us, full refund will be provided
  • Alternative dates may be offered instead of refunds where applicable

Clinical Appointment Cancellations

  • Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Consultation fees paid in advance are refundable if cancelled 24 hours before appointment
  • No-show or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling of appointments is allowed without charges if done 24 hours in advance
  • Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used
  • Bank processing time may take additional 3-5 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once refund is initiated
  • For any delays, please contact us with your payment reference number

Non-Refundable Items

  • Study materials, notes, and downloadable resources once accessed
  • Completed courses or attended workshops
  • Individual mentorship sessions already conducted
  • Certificates and credentials already issued
  • Custom research guidance or dissertation support already provided

  • Provide your registration/payment details and reason for refund request
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe
  • Include original payment receipt and transaction ID
  • We will review and respond to your request within 2-3 business days

Important Notes

  • All refund policies are subject to verification and approval by PhysioPulse management
  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable
  • Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the original transaction
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice on our website
